1. Eligibility for Returns
You may be eligible for a return, repair, or refund under the following conditions:
Damaged or Incorrect Artwork:

2. Return Process

If the return is approved due to damage or an error on our part, return shipping costs will be covered by Suchita Art Gallery.
For all other reasons, return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
3. Resolution Options
After the artwork is received and inspected, one of the following solutions will be offered:
Repair:
Minor damages may be professionally repaired. The repair process may take up to 14 business days, depending on the nature of the damage.Exchange:
If repair is not possible, an exchange may be offered for another artwork of similar value, subject to availability.Refund:
If neither repair nor exchange is feasible, a refund will be issued for the artwork price. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
